Terms and conditions governing the purchase, licensing, and access of digital products from YantraVeda.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or downloading any digital product or materials from YantraVeda, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the product license, and applicable usage guidelines. These terms are subject to mandatory statutory consumer rights under applicable Indian consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms attempts to exclude, limit, or waive any non-excludable statutory rights or consumer protections guaranteed by law.
2. Digital Product License
The purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial, and educational use of the purchased digital materials. The purchaser may print copies of the files for their personal requirements or domestic devotional use. Reselling, publicly uploading, distributing to others, using commercially, or redistributing the digital files without permission is strictly prohibited. This license does not transfer any copyright or ownership of the material to the purchaser. YantraVeda does not claim exclusive ownership over underlying traditional texts, mantras or established cultural concepts. Intellectual property rights are claimed only in original content, artwork, graphic designs, editorial arrangements and compilations created by YantraVeda or lawfully licensed to it, subject to applicable third-party rights.
3. Pricing and Payment
Product prices on the YantraVeda website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The final payable amount along with any applicable taxes or fees will be clearly displayed on Payhip Checkout prior to payment confirmation. Payments are processed securely through Payhip and its authorized connected payment providers. Access to the digital product is provided by Payhip following confirmation of a successful payment. YantraVeda does not collect or store sensitive payment credentials such as card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on its servers.
4. Digital Download Delivery
Upon successful purchase and payment confirmation of the digital product, the customer is provided access to Payhip's secure Download Page. The customer can download the purchased ZIP files directly from that page. Payhip also sends a purchase receipt and the Download Page link to the email address provided by the customer. Download availability and the number of download attempts are subject to the Payhip Download Settings established by the seller. We strongly advise customers to download their purchased files promptly and maintain a secure personal backup.
5. Refund Policy and Statutory Consumer Rights
Digital products are delivered electronically following successful payment. Refund and cancellation requests are assessed in accordance with our published Refund Policy (/refund-policy) and applicable Indian laws. Customers encountering duplicate transactions, corrupted or missing files, materially incomplete delivery, or digital products materially different from their advertised description should report the issue to contact@yantraveda.com with their purchase email and order details. Valid statutory consumer claims are evaluated fairly and will not be dismissed merely because a digital file was delivered or downloaded. Mandatory statutory consumer rights under applicable laws are not waived by these Terms.
6. Customer Support and Grievance Redressal
Dedicated customer support is available to assist patrons with order verification, download inquiries, and grievance redressal. For any assistance or consumer grievance, please contact our official customer care at contact@yantraveda.com. When reaching out, please include your registered purchase email and Payhip order receipt details to enable expedited verification. In accordance with applicable Indian E-Commerce rules, consumer complaints are acknowledged within forty-eight (48) hours and redressed within one (1) month from the date of receipt.
